McGraw, III, appeals in this quiet title action from an order granting summary judgment to the defendant, Premium Finance Company of Missouri, and ordering the real estate which was the subject matter of the quiet title action to be foreclosed and the proceeds from the sale applied to the payment of a judgment lien held by defendant.
