Forging his co-counsel's name, the respondent, James Driscoll, converted to his own use the proceeds of a settlement which, by court order, he was to deposit to the account of two children, his clients. After several months of repeated demands for the money, Driscoll's wife, with his knowledge and consent, repaid the clients out of another client's funds, which Driscoll had improperly...
