The defendant was found guilty by a jury of first degree sexual assault and sentenced to imprisonment for 1 year.

The defendant had custody of his two sons for a period of several months in 1978 and 1979 by arrangement with his divorced wife. The defendant was charged with first degree sexual assault on his 11-yearold son, which allegedly occurred on or about March 27, 1979. The victim testified that he was forced to engage in oral sex acts...
