Following a bench trial in the circuit court of Cook County, defendants, Jerome Davis and Alvin Terry, were convicted of deviate sexual assault (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 11-3(a)), and aggravated kidnapping (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 38, par. 10-2(a)(3)). Each defendant was sentenced to serve 6 years' imprisonment for deviate sexual assault and 4 years' imprisonment for aggravated...
