Trespass. Leonard and Rose Marie Smith are the owners of property in DeKalb County. To the rear of their property lies the contiguous property of Barfield and Fortman. Serving, in effect as a boundary between the rear of the Smith's lot and the rear of Barfield's and Fortman's lots, was a drainage ditch. The ditch began at the mouth of a culvert and followed the contour of the ditch. In the mid-1960's Barfield built a wall at the rear of his property...
