Following a jury trial, the defendant, Blake Loveless, was convicted of theft of property valued at more than $150 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 38, par. 16-1(a)(1)). The trial court sentenced the defendant to a term of 3 1/2 years of imprisonment for the Class 3 felony. He appeals from his conviction alleging that he was not proved...
