Mark A. Dickenson appeals his conviction of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427).

On October 31, 1979, the Long John Silver's restaurant on West Pawnee Street in Wichita was robbed at gunpoint by a lone bandit. Defendant was charged with the robbery and was convicted of the crime in a bench trial. The sole witness at the trial was Sam Shiblom, restaurant manager, who positively identified defendant...
