Appellant appeals from his conviction of criminal damage to property.

1. Appellant's motion to suppress certain evidence was denied. Citing Jones v. United States, 362 U.S. 257 (80 S.C. 725, 4 LE2d 697) (1960), appellant urges that he had "standing" to challenge the validity of the seizure of the evidence from the back seat and floorboard of an automobile owned by another. Appellant's reliance on Jones is misplaced...
