PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals from a circuit court order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment.

Plaintiff is the owner of Fashion Square Mall, located in Saginaw Township. Defendant entered into a 15-year-lease agreement for the operation of a Big Boy Restaurant inside the mall. A base rental was to be paid by defendant plus a percentage of the gross sales in excess of $412,500.
