LeGRAND, Justice.
Upon defendant's plea of guilty, he was sentenced under section 902.9, The Code, and committed to the custody of the Department of Social Services to serve a term of not to exceed ten years for the crime of sexual abuse in the third degree committed in violation of section 709.4(4), The Code.
