Roger Irons, Jr. appeals from a jury conviction of aggravated robbery. The robbery occurred on April 3, 1980, at a Quik-Trip convenience store located at 1725 East 47th Street South, Wichita, Kansas. In this appeal he questions the admissibility of evidence of a prior March 17 robbery which was introduced at his trial. He had been tried and acquitted of the March 17 robbery.
