As a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident on November 9, 1975, plaintiff, Edith Dunye and her two children, filed an action to recover No-fault benefits on November 9, 1979. The complaint consists of six counts, three of which demand punitive damages and three of which claim medical expenses and work loss benefits. The matter is before us on defendant's motion for sanctions for failure to comply with a court order...
