After a jury trial, defendant Joseph Sansone and co-defendant Bruce Youngbrandt1 were found guilty of burglary, attempt theft, and possession of burglary tools. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, pars. 19-1, 8-4 and 19-2.) Defendant was thereafter sentenced to 3 years incarceration only on the burglary conviction. On appeal defendant contends that he was not properly...
