On August 4, 1980, a vehicle operated by Steven Bulgin collided with a vehicle parked along Legislative Route 767 in Camp Hill. At the time of the accident, Bulgin was operating his employer's vehicle within the scope of his employment. On August 18, 1980, Bulgin died from the injuries he sustained in the collision.
