Appellants were indicted and convicted of commercial gambling, keeping a gambling place, and communicating gambling information in violation of Code Ann. §§ 26-2703, 26-2704 and 26-2706. Appellants moved to suppress the evidence seized during the search of an apartment where the gambling operation was located.
