Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Peoria County, the defendant, Roosevelt Stuckey, was found guilty of theft of property exceeding $150 in value. After a sentencing hearing, the defendant was sentenced to a four-year term of imprisonment to be served concurrently with his 1 1/2-year sentence for a 1979 Tazewell County conviction...
