Richard Anthony Barton seeks readmission to the Bar of Maryland. He was admitted on June 12, 1952 and disbarred on February 7, 1966 by the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City which concluded that he had misappropriated money belonging to his clients and had failed to properly represent their interests...
