This appeal presents a single issue of law: whether a cause of action arising under the Consumer Credit Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., comes within "any property" which may be claimed as exempt by a debtor within the meaning of 11 U.S.C. § 522(d)(5).
