This is a unique action in trespass wherein plaintiff seeks to recover $10,000 as punitive damages and a sum in excess of $10,000 as shall be proved at time of trial equal to the increase in plaintiff's workmen's compensation insurance premiums paid by it and to be paid by reason of injuries to plaintiff's employee, William W. Stockdill caused by defendants' negligence.
