This case arises out of an involuntary bankruptcy petition filed on October 3, 1979 by certain creditors of Trim-Lean Meat Products, Inc. ("Trim-Lean") in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On that same date a trustee in bankruptcy was appointed for Trim-Lean.
