This action originated from an automobile accident in an employees' parking lot. Plaintiff-appellee, John O. Bussell, Sr., sued, inter alia, defendant-appellant, Ronald Mattin, a fellow employee, for personal injuries. The defendant claimed immunity from liability pursuant to R.C. 4123.741.
