The primary question on this appeal is whether the trial court properly disregarded the corporate entity and imposed personal liability on its three shareholders where the shareholders failed to disclose to a creditor that they were dealing for a corporation. We hold that under the facts of this case the evidence was sufficient to warrant "piercing the corporate veil." We also hold there was no error in the manner of assessing damages and affirm the judgment...
