OPINION BY JUDGE MENCER, January 23, 1981:

John W. Holsten and Helen T. Holsten (appellants) have appealed from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County which dismissed their petition for declaratory judgment for lack of jurisdiction. We reverse and remand to the lower court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
