After a break-in at the Yves and Sandra Wysong home in Warren County, defendant was charged by trial information with second-degree burglary, in violation of sections 713.1 and 713.3, The Code 1979. A jury found defendant guilty, and he was sentenced to a prison term not to exceed ten years. The Court of Appeals reversed the conviction and remanded for a new trial.
