Diane R. Warner, while operating her vehicle without liability insurance, had an automobile accident with a pedestrian. The Transportation Commission ordered her license suspended unless adequate security was posted. The circuit court affirmed this order. Warner appeals the judgment, arguing that the Commission lacked jurisdiction. She contends that the provisions of sec. 344.13 (3),1 Stats., require the secretary of transportation...
