Plaintiff commenced this action on August 9, 1979, alleging that the Eight-Wood Motel was a nuisance pursuant to MCL 600.3801; MSA 27A.3801, in that it was "being used for the purpose of lewdness, assignation or prostitution, or used by, or kept for the use of prostitutes or other disorderly persons". On December 20, 1979, defendants were granted summary judgment pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(1). Plaintiff appeals as of right.
