After a bench trial a judgment was entered in favor of the minor, Allen Lewis (hereinafter plaintiff), in the amount of $25,000 for personal injuries he sustained when he fell off a bicycle he was riding on the sidewalk. On appeal defendant contends that plaintiff was not in the exercise of due care for his own safety and that the judgment of the trial court was against the manifest weight...
