PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with possession of more than 50 grams but less than 225 grams of cocaine in violation of MCL 333.7403(1), (2)(a)(iii); MSA 14.15(7403)(1), (2)(a)(iii). Defendant was found guilty after a trial to the bench, was sentenced to probation for life and ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and costs of $10 per month. Defendant appeals as of right.
