WELLFORD, District Judge.

This case involves an appeal from an Order of the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, the Honorable William B. Leffler, denying appellant bank relief from an automatic stay imposed by the filing of appellee's Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition.
