MOORE, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.
This appeal involves a claim by a former Montgomery County police officer for workmen's compensation benefits because of an occupational disease, hypertension. The Medical Board for Occupational Diseases held that the disability began in 1964 and, therefore, that the claimant was not entitled to compensation under the presumption of compensability contained in Md. Ann. Code art. 101, § 64A.
