This is an appeal in a criminal action from a jury verdict finding Gwendolyn Cohen (defendant-appellant) guilty of felony murder (K.S.A. 21-3401) by reason of aiding and abetting (K.S.A. 21-3205) in the crime of aggravated robbery (K.S.A. 21-3427). The appellant raises two issues on appeal. She contends the trial court erred in failing to require the State to disclose the identity of confidential informants...
