The defendants, David Bryant, Lougene Reid, Charlotte Millen, Leon Strickland, and Eugene Strickland, were jointly indicted and convicted of armed robbery of two liquor store clerks. Following the denial of their joint motion for new trial, they filed a joint notice of appeal.
