Richard Lynch was convicted of second-degree sexual assault, sec. 940.225(2)(a), Stats., and operating a motor vehicle without owner's consent, sec. 943.23(1), Stats., on his plea of guilty.1 He was sentenced July 24, 1980, to indeterminate terms of not more than eight years on the first conviction and not more than one year on the second, the sentences to run concurrently.
