GORDON, Justice:

Appellant Richard Jimenez was convicted by a jury of two counts of armed robbery, one count of unlawful flight, two counts of aggravated assault and one count of first-degree murder. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without possibility of parole for twenty-five years for the murder count and to terms of years for the remaining counts to be served concurrently with the life sentence.
