In this case we consider the combined appeal and personal restraint petition of Douglas Cameron, a/k/a Donald Anderson.1 Defendant's conviction is based on his entry of a guilty plea to first degree theft for his alleged embezzlement of moneys from a hotel during his tenure as manager. Several weeks later a court, other than that which accepted the guilty plea, sentenced defendant to a maximum term of 10 years and ordered restitution...
