Suit on account. Medusa Corporation is a manufacturer of bulk cement products. Since at least 1975, Medusa sold grey and white cement by truck and freight car load lots to Best Concrete Products Co., a producer of concrete blocks, and poured cement. While the facts are disputed, the trier of fact (in this case the trial court) was warranted in concluding that commencing in June, 1977, Best became delinquent in its account with Medusa.
