The issue here is whether plaintiff's ex parte motion for a decree of divorce under section 201(d)(1)(i) of the Divorce Code of April 2, 1980, P.L. 63, 23 P.S. §201, for undenied 3 year separation may be granted without appointment of a master and without prior notice to defendant.
