We granted the petition for review in this case for the limited purpose of addressing one issue in this appeal. The portions of the Court of Appeals opinion, 129 Ariz. 119, 629 P.2d 86 (1980), which discuss that issue, and the holding, are vacated. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
