Mildred Ramsey died testate January 2, 1977, a resident of Sedgwick County. Her heirs-at-law and beneficiaries under her will were a son, Jay C. Ramsey; a daughter, Jane Ramsey Wise; and Jacqueline Williams, Kathleen Arbogast and Lane C. Ramsey, children of Clinton G. Ramsey, Jr., a deceased son. Jay C. Ramsey, appellee herein, filed a disclaimer to any portion of the estate pursuant to K.S.A. 59-2292....
