This action for breach of contract was initiated by appellant, Carl Barile, in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas against the appellee, University of Virginia, the college he attended as an undergraduate. In the lower court, the appellee moved to dismiss appellant's complaint pursuant to Civ. R. 12(B)(2) on the ground that it was not subject to the personal jurisdiction of the Ohio courts.
