A single member of the Industrial Accident Board denied the employee's claim for compensation on the ground that he was disabled for less than the mandatory waiting period. See G.L.c. 152, § 29. The reviewing board adopted the findings and decision of the single member, and judgment was entered in the Superior Court dismissing the employee's appeal.
