On November 20, 1978, appellant was admitted to the psychiatric ward of Prince George's General Hospital (appellee) as a voluntary emergency admission. The precise nature of her illness is not reflected in the record; but, aside from the fact that she was an emergency psychiatric admission, there is nothing to suggest that she was legally incompetent. Nor does she claim to have been incompetent, illiterate, or blind...
