This matter, which arises from a rather unusual and interesting factual situation, is before the Court on the Complaint of Standard Federal Savings and Loan Association ("Standard Federal") and other named parties against Community Investments Associates I, a debtor-in-possession in an arrangement under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, by its trustee, Ethan Allen Turshen, Esquire.
