This is an action to recover for the loss of certain personal property contained in a motor vehicle, which was delivered to the defendant for the purpose of having repairs made thereon. Count I alleged that said personal property was lost as a result of the defendant's negligence and Count II alleged breach of any agreement to return said personal property upon demand.

The answer of the defendant was a general denial, contributory negligence, denial...
