This case arose from the application of appellant, Randall Thrasher, for an order changing custody of his child, Randall Thrasher, III, from the child's mother, Janet Thrasher, appellee herein, to the child's paternal grandparents. The Juvenile Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County denied the application and ordered that custody remain with the mother. We affirm.
