This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Municipal Court of Hamilton County.

The facts in this case are not in dispute. Appellant Carl L. Meyers endorsed a check in blank and took it to the drive-in-window of the University Plaza branch of the Fifth-Third Bank at approximately 4:20 p.m. on March 13, 1979. When appellant Carl Meyers opened his automobile window to present the check to the Fifth-Third teller, a gust of wind blew...
