In 1973 Emerson Hacker and Anna Mae Hacker contracted to sell a two-acre parcel of real estate in Bolingbrook, Illinois, to Yale Development Company, with the contract closing to be contingent upon Yale obtaining a rezoning of the property for its proposed use.
