This is an action in contract and tort sounding in deceit, in which the plaintiff seeks to recover damages and lost profits arising out of an agreement to rent real and personal property owned by the defendants. Plaintiff's complaint contained twelve counts, six against each defendant. Three counts against each arose out of a July 18, 1977 episode, wherein the plaintiff alleges he was fraudulently induced into making improvements to property of the defendants...
