This is an appeal by the district attorney from an order dismissing an indictment against Jon K. Laughlin. The Routt County Grand Jury indicted the defendant on two counts of first degree official misconduct. Section 18-8-404(1)(a), C.R.S. 1973 (1978 Repl. Vol. 8). The defendant filed a motion to dismiss, asserting that the indictment was not supported by evidence that established probable cause that the offenses charged were committed by the defendant...
