WARREN, Judge.
Plaintiff brought this suit in equity against eight defendants, seeking the imposition of a constructive trust for plaintiff's benefit on one-third of the net proceeds from the sale of farm property allegedly purchased in a joint venture involving plaintiff and his brother, George. Only two of the eight defendants were duly served. The trial court held in favor of plaintiff and those two defendants appeal.
